Good systems in place. I like your 5s implementation. I would like to see Chuck show a normal morning meeting, assign jobs, and employees loading their trucks for their assignments. Then maybe an afternoon shot on how they bring everything back and put it back in place.

I understand the truck beds are nice for residential curbside parking - But I also reconize that an enclosed trailer would keep you from loading/unloading equipment every day at the storage unit. Outdoor parking spots should be cheaper than 10x20 storage units. less back and forth. And when a moving truck is accessign their storage unit and you have to ask them to move so you can get access to your unit.... yeah.. headaches. Trailer isn't much more than the bedramps...

The businesses of clean ups are a plus these days for most of the states, aside from the convenience of storage unit, it can also provide ease and comfort that the inventories supplies are well incorporated, accounted as well as well defined statistics of the materials needed for the lawn and clean up services that the lawn company has. The start-up business and the cost of running initially is as feasible for a 8-12 supplies of vehicles, aside from the inventories supplies at the containers. The franchisees are going to have an easier time coordinating their items needed for the clean up services, since the storage units are safer as well for the inventories of goods, supplies, and items to be safe kept. You're doing great.

I thought the thumbnail showed you parking the truck in a storage unit, but I didn't see that in the video. So, it appears you park the trucks outside and store all the equipment in the storage unit. I was curious, would there be storage units where you could store the truck inside with all the equipment? Is it just more cost effective not storing the truck in the storage unit? Or do storage companies not allow you to store trucks in a storage unit? I don't know anything about storage units other than the few times I have helped friends move stuff to/from them.

@clean cuts lawn care laugh in their face friend. We have used them on the farm since '86. Back then we had several reasons for buying them. More tourqe, better mileage than gas engines and diesel was dirt cheap and always cheaper than gas, they required almost no maintenance and when they did you could afford..I had the injection pump rebuilt on my '86 for 250.00. That was labor and parts. Well gas engines accomplished all those things and except for very few applications, do the job just as well. And try having any work done on a modern diesel thar it doesn't cost thousands. Stick with your gas. Until they force electric on you.
