There's no doubt having family come to the party with lines of credit and construction expertise is a massive help. I think the real triumph though is just that, family coming together, supporting and believing in each other and then just knocking out the park and just winning. What an awesome story!

I heard so much of what I went thru in my process of owning a tiny house village as short term rentals. These two are so spot on with the information provided. Keep up the great work guys.

I love this kind of video. Thanks for sharing the history Issac business. As a fan of digital marketing and vacation rentals, this is a must-watch for me.

This is great! Sadly is hard to come up with so much money. But I’m glad he was able to and not just that but he made it work!

This guy is a genius and such an awesome story. I've been following his story for a while now. Why give up such a lucrative income stream this early in the game though? He could have lived off this into retirement and it would probably be worth so much more by then. Can't wait to see what he has cooked up for his next project.

I know Issac doesn't own the property any more, but does anyone know where I can find it online? Would love to see it. And I'm in Texas right now, so maybe even stay there! haha

An ordinary working Joe probably wouldn’t be able to pull this off. You can tell this young man comes from a pretty well off family who has the means and resources to help him.

If you could get a loan for 600k, you were not broke. In a previous video, you mentioned the salaries you and your wife were on right out of college and I'm not making half that much 19 years after college. There is no way I could get a loan or mortgage for a 600k house.

I have about $7m in STRs and I never had any help from family or anyone else. I worked a 9-5 and made $50k/year. It can be done.
