Interesting video, though I noticed one error. You referred to the stator as the "motor" and the rotor as the "stator". Stators are stationary, rotors rotate, and motors are what you get when you put them both together.

Good day sir! Hope you are doing well and ok! I have a question: is there a way to unstick a stuck up ref compressor? I have one that was being repurposed to inflate car tires but when it was used to inflate an inflatable pool it overheated and won't run anymore. Thank you for your help!

You can’t use a refrigerator compressor as an air pump because the Refrigerant carries oil with it which lubricates the piston. The piston probably expanded from the heat and that’s why it won’t run.

@@SubZeroSpecialists thank you very much sir! I was very happy when I configured it to be an air pump because it's quiet, efficient and also portable. It inflated the flat tire more than 30 psi. Might as well discard it. I enjoyed watching your video it was very informative!
