Good to see your video after a long time sir. Hope you're doing well. I have been wanting to ask you a problem. When I test voltage in my home socket using DMM I get following values. P-N 236V P-E 238V E-N 7V. The earthing seems okay but when I connect light bulb between Phase and earth It doesn't glow and the Voltage between Phase and earth with bulb connected drops to 0.6 V. What could be the reason sir?

@@mokshkaramvir3008 yes even I believe so, but why is it showing PE voltage 238 V. It seems this is not a sufficient condition for testing earthing.

Your switch may be bad and have high resistance. In that case, observation will be the same as you observed. Just try changing switch.
