Entire video was a jewel. One piece that stuck with me is on collaborating. You can't view collaborating as a quick way to get the bag. You need to present value as to why the collaboration is a good fit for both brands. That's a jewel.

1)I learned that getting data from your customers is very important. It gives you someone to promote upcoming releases to,it helps with getting more sales,& getting you repeat customers. 2)Getting in front of customers, telling your story of how you got started,& the meaning of your brand will sell your product quicker than just asking people to buy. 3)Figuring out systems from other companies will position your business to be able to operate globally & also increasing the customers' experience. 4)Reading books to get more information & to help change your mindset.

I learned to just change my mindset on what a sale really is talk to your customers tell them what your business is about and let them decide to buy or not don’t really think of it as a sales pitch but really just telling them about why your doing this going to implement this today

Breaking even is for data retention...Even though you may not make profit on the front end, you now have the database to market to on the back end, which is what will make your business. Plus, you now have product out on bodies to help build brand awareness. That's a gem.

I learnt a lot in this video. But what I learnt the most was doing pop shops. I started my brand after my dad passing and my story is all about trying to find the positive in a tough situation. I want to spread positivity as much as I can and let people know that everything will be ok and that everyone has it in themselves to keep pushing and keep working towards their dreams. I’ve had my online store for almost two years and I noticed that it wasn’t doing as well as it did when I just started. I then found you guys and you have helped me a lot. And in this video the pop shop strategy really stuck with me because I haven’t gone out and tried to sell in person. Mainly because I do orders on demand. But I think that’s the move I need to make in order to grow my brand and really spread the word of positivity to people around the world. Thanks so much for everything you guys have done. You are really helping so many people and it’s mind blowing

**16 Things I Learned**: 1. Establish an everyday presence, connect with high schools, colleges, community sports teams, etc 2. Network with people who are doing what you're doing at a high level 3. Create very detailed systems to operate at a very high level. 4. Your brand should positively impact the world. 5. Story/background of your Brand is more important than selling the brand. 6. Don't pressure sells, instead Educate Consumers on your Brand. 7. Sell Without Selling 8. Your why should help you stand out amongst other brands. 9. Mindset will hold you back or push you forward. 10. Entrepreneurs Solve Problems For Profit 11. Read to Elevate Your Mindset 12. Delegate task, learn to let go so you won't get burned out. 13. Work On Business Not In Business Once You Build A Stong Team. 14. Can't get what you want if your filled up with things you don't need. 15. Have Rules or a System in place to prevent things from happening twice once they occur once. Ex: Employee Call Ins, Late Clock Ins, will be addressed with the Attendance Policy. 16. Always Trust In ¥our Vsn

I was thinking about the collab thing too for my brand and future endeavors. And I was thinking after the collabs have the design and manufacturing they split the cost and the order, then each brand sells the split order on their sites… would that be a good system??

I watched all the way through. I learned a ton. I’m a storyteller at heart and I feel like with my brand I failed at this. I’ve been set on using my name in the brand but I have a very unusual name lol. I’m a visual/hands on learner so my biggest take away came from seeing Nick set up his kiosk. The visual of his logo, more the heart with the glasses, is identifiable. I need to find a way to do that with my current logo or launch a new DBA and change the name of the business to one of the drops I’m working on.

One thing I DON’T like about these podcasts, is that it comes to an end! Man this stuff is so rich 🤑 You guys really offer so much valuable wisdom. One ☝🏻 thing that really stood out to me was when Marlon said you guys wear your brand for the podcasts and it helps get the brand out there. What I like what Nicholas said was how he would really make use of an online presence. Those two things may be simple but if you let it sink in it’s profound

Im taking the online route and roughly have 4-5 hundred dollars a month to invest should I use drop shipping or move to a manufacturer? And when running ads around a product how often should I promote old content or roll out new content and I know this is a big ask but I would really appreciate a brand review I have some samples on hand to send and I don’t need placement on a video or anything I just want honest and trustworthy feedback
