Demographics, psychographics, their emotions, pains, dreams, desires, fears etc. 3 - Map your marketplace landscape 4 - Uncover your market position 5 - Shape your Brand personality. I would also specifically add "Analyze & Adapt." As in measure data, page views, social media engagement, clicks from newsletter, customer satisfaction etc. Try to integrate that into a dashboard (there are different services for this, like PowerBI etc.) If necessary adapt your strategy.

That's a big question... In short... Attributes. If the strategy is comprehensive it will have a method of communication including personality and attributes.... weave these throughout your viduaals to demonstrate alignment with the strategy
