9:45 I'm so glad I heard her say this. I'm 17 and when I was 16 I developed an eating disorder that destroyed my mental health. My anxiety got way worse and I developed depression along with suicide and self harm. These things along with many others changed me so much that I realized I could never go back to that "little girl". I sometimes feel so broken knowing that I'll never be the same and that I may be stuck in darkness forever but hearing her say those words were incredible. I've never related or been so moved by words like that before. Now I have more hope and I can tell myself that it's ok, that little girl isn't gone, she just changed and she's better and stronger than ever.❤️💓

Yes, as a trauma survivor, I agree that suffering makes one strong and much more insightful if one has the proper attitude for self-growth, BUT nothing can heal or diminish the scar for the loss of a loved one. The pain remains within forever.

I would like to point out something very important that most people don't look into. If u are facing some mental health issues or having a really bad day or stress, always stay positive and when u stress or being anxious will make u even stronger than before, always think positive, if u always blame yourself and say u are not good at this or Iam a failure that u will fail u always should be positive in life. Look at the things that u have, there is alot of people don't have a bed, clothes or even a house, god blessed u with many things but we never think about it. Life is short. However is reading this god bless u with all the goods and live a happy life

Think of it in the same way you would if someone died of cancer. You fight to stay alive as long as you can and your son would have fought and fought til he had nothing left. I've faced that darkness and it's not something done easily or someone can be easily saved from. It's a constant battle that even if you are surrounded by loved ones trying to battle alongside you, sometimes it just isn't enough and the darkness wins. You have nothing to feel guilty for. It's a tragic heartbreaking loss that I wish no one had to go through. I'm sorry that your son lost his life by suicide. Often people convince themselves that they would be committing the ultimate act of love by relieving their loved ones of, what they perceive to be, the great burden that is them. We know logically that this isn't true but that dark cloud has a way of lying and manipulating people so that they can see nothing else, no other logical way forward. Just know that you have nothing to feel bad for, you couldn't have fixed this anymore than you have the ability to cure someone of cancer. I hope you find some peace x

I will not deny the attempts of the various “ genocide” attempts in history. It bothers me that we are talking about them again. Some history is to. Evil and prayers that they are never repeated. Be conscious people, we must support each other and think for ourselves. Things are not people friendly. We must be the difference and stand up as a human race ❤️✌🏽🙏🏽

Your legs were down but still, you manage to reach a mark, and if you feel that. Then you would never interact with a pride about the profession that you have. Oh! What you did not learn in kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade, 8th grade, 9th grade, 10th grade. 11th grade, 12th grade, college, graduate school, in film, novels, books, commercials, comic books, songs, poems, every minute of my life, up until 5 minutes ago, I learned now! I have come to realize that there are some people's lives that seem to be more important than all the others who have died tragic deaths. I thought I had 5 minutes to obsess about something else, but was not allowed. Thanks! I almost started to think of something different! Just for a moment.

That sounds like a dangerous direction of thinking, what you wrote about how "some people's lives seem more important that all the others who have died tragic deaths". Perhaps more impactful when they share their hard-won timeless wisdom with us as Mrs. Edith did here. Howevr, I believe that we all have the potential within ourselves to learn from our triumphs and our tragedies and to not allow ourselves to react by becoming prideful or bitter and hateful, like other figures in the holocaust did.

@@drmantistobboggangonzodr3961 Sounds good. Struggle with sarcasm, do you? I have no hate for anyone. Ever. Unlike some people. Just observing. All people are important. As for "dangerous" thinking?" All people are entitled to believe what they'd like. No matter what you or anyone else thinks. Period. But thanks for the assessment. There are lots of people here on the internet that somehow feel very inspired to impose their worldview on others. Kind of like they got paid to do it, or had specific motives. Kind of like thought police...👈

We run after Degrees alas we could able to see or even had a realization that what is this life, yes this life. You are uneducated, maybe because there is no Degree but the Degree of your understanding and what concentration you have been honoured by nothing but by your circumstances. The surroundings, cultures, etc are poor, but you don't become amongst them. If there is a single thought which is new and the world won't accept it than go forward and believe in the power of your heart and the mind.
