Maybe one mixup for this SDI (Squeak Directional Influence) tech could be to dair, If they're rolling to edge and ASDIing down and in and SDIing in, the follow up dair might not knock them off the platform. But against no SDI they always fall off I think. I tried maybe delaying upair to throw of the SDI timing, but you can actually just do this entire technique while holding shield after tech, probably making it harder to fuzzy for a punish timing, but fuzzying instant (since you'll squeak DI out) and late (since you'll shield, probably able to shield drop after) up-air timings. I am very interested to see what people who actually have good execution are able to lab for this

Damn imagine only having platform tech chase grab/upsmash into top plat mixup or ledge guard scenario at your disposal, that must be so hard for fox mains. I weep for you. If only there were some sort of way to cancel your up air animation when you're near the edge of a platform. If only you had basic defensive options available to you upon being reversaled, like not DIing in on Falco uptilt or shine then DIing out on fsmash.
