So you use a macro for imp so there is no casting delay, in the warlock discord someone found out if your not running the macro it’ll have delays in his casts. Also on turtle boss don’t have imp attack until the bubble is gone all it does is waste imps mana and his spells don’t do any damage until the bubble is popped.

Yeah I'm warlock too... always first dps on gamoorah... i always take back aggro from tanks... it's too easy. I'm not even trying. But on other bosses, it's not the case at all.

imp is amazing only if your group kill bosses pretty fast, if case that's not happen you gonna have a oom imp doing pretty much nothing.

Love the video! something I have a question on though.. lots of destro locks take soulburn but I rarely see it used.. is it just put on reserve for if you have alot of shards or if you know the mob/player will die soon after? otherwise seems pricey.. 100 mana and a shard both,..

Great question. I mean I take soulburn for the extra 200 damage right when the boss is dying as my last global. You could potentially get more out of 1% crit. But it’s so close I think the shadow burn damage is more reliable overall

Yes all fire spells. Maybe curse of agony on the move but most comps are melee heavy so you would use curse of reck

I always have issues with threat on this boss. Do you do anything to mitigate? Do you use the boot active?

Threat is a huge issue on this boss. as you see in the kill vid my leader is calling for taunts constantly from our 2 warrior tanks. they did a great time juggling threat. every time he targeted me 1 of the warriors would use a taunt. I do not use boot active due to damage decrease and don't use anything to mitigate the threat.

For leveling would highly suggest affliction and use succubus. Make sure to use haunt and master channeler!

Yes, it is better for the +4 spell power . you lose 5 int but it is still significantly better

You don't actually want the damage from rain of fire itself. you just want the pool from the Rune to be on the ground so it buffs all your other fire damage

Rain of fire is channeled, but you domt want to channel the spell, as soon as its cast it puts an aoe buff area for 40 percent more damage for 13 seconds, so once that's dropped you swap off to the next spell to capitalize on the uptime of lake of fire

if u take the imp rune the imp runs out of mana far to fast best off imp sucky 6s cd and it was chiting for over 100

Not on ghamoo-ra. imp is able to sustain mana if fight is not longer than a min 45 with improved firebolt. definitely use imp on ghamoo-ra with the increased spell damage the boss takes.
