When finding the max $vol for different market caps, how do you determine where is suitable to take an entry based on the current vol traded so far throughout the day (as for stocks which keeps spiking, their vol at the end of the day will be much higher relative to a stock who fades off the rest of the day)? Lets say stock started in the day at $5 and went $10 at the and of the day with 10M volume..so if we multiply 10x10=$100M worth traded but we also know not all the float is traded at $10 price..some is traded 6-7-8-9..etc. How do we clarify this to get the right Dollar amount traded when we track the data ? Take the total volume and multiply it by price of stock. This will give you the amount of dollars that has went through that stock on that day. Then split this data up into different market caps to track and you have your dollar block. For example: A $6 stock with a market cap of 80m trades 30 million shares by 10am, that’s $180million dollars that’s been traded. Now let’s say that market cap zone (0-100m) has a dollar block of $200 million… well our current stock is already at $180 million, so it’s safe to say it’s already almost reached its maximum amount of dollars it can trade. Look for an entry point. (Of course, pair this with other factors). Also, these are all theoretical numbers. Track the data for yourself to know what the real stats are.

@@JasonOoiFoo He just told you. It's the same formula whether its 1 billion or 100 billion or 1trillion. Its daily volume * stock price to calculate it and then you just have to gather many samples for different market caps to learn on average for a given market cap how much money will be traded.
