Nice job explaining how a stock will reverse the longer everyone holds, as soon as it cracks everyone gets out to avoid bag holding. It opens the opportunity to buy on the way down or short the stock. Happy trading!

I sure wish I could turn back time. When I was in T3 back in 2019-2020, all I wanted to know was what stock could I put my money into and was very eager to trade every day. It took time and losses for me to learn to wait for all the criteria to be met, be patient about plays and not get excited. If I had to do over, I would listen and learn, not just follow trades and try to grow my account. I had to learn to be realistic about my account size, the seasons, and number of times each pattern occurs per year. But, hindsight is 20/20. I'm a slow learner, but within the past year I've learned and my priorities and reason for wanting to trade are a lot different now.

Okay guys this is what he means: If you have a pre mkt breakout on $RHE at $3 break out level of pre mkt high- expect that stock to spike to $5-$5.50 (real example from duxinator DVD) based on 60-80% expected spike level % from his statistics spreadsheet. So If your watching the stock and it's already up to $5 and expected top is approx. 5.50, don't trade it cuz only 10% expected meat on the bone left to expect to profit from that long trade. If you know yer target sucks then you can project the trade is a no trade situation. Dux interpreting fee is $150/YT video explanation lol. Have fun with the new info and avoid these bad topped out risk-reward trades.

@Ftlf_blkn 4 жыл бұрын
but how do you calculate that $5-$5.50 spike ?
@fredfarkel2990
@fredfarkel2990 4 жыл бұрын
@@Ftlf_blkn 70% of $3 stock= $2.10. $3 + $2.10 = $5.10 or even take 80% of $3= 2.40 = spike to $5.40. It's an estimation, not an exact science as Grittani would say. Have fun.

How do we view the amount of volatility traded at each point in time? And given the nature of graphs such as candle sticks, how do we calculate the volume of the stick or multiple sticks? i.e. if there is a volume of 100K traded within the minute candle with an open and close of $1.1 and $1.2, how do you calculate the value of the volume traded at that time? 100K*1.1 or 100L*1.2?

how do you check how many times the float has been rotated? If you can, please do a video on a stock that you're applying these concepts... i.e. checking volume, float and market cap of a particular stock.

These concepts are certainly very interesting and new to me. All I was focus was on was price action. Do you tend to short stocks than go long then?

Question: you talk about there being a fixed $amount that can be traded. This number varies depending on market cap. However, how do you estimate the maximum $amount that can be traded? Do you look at the average volume? I dont think so myself because the volume never really reaches the maximum tradable $amount. Or is 1billion just a rule of thum you use for the three categories of market caps that you summed up in your video? And does this 1billion estimate count for all three market cap categories? Could you please elaborate on this?

Its float rotation, I dont think he has an accurate $amount. He estimates the volume intraday.

@@carolinemuch696 ive seen that too, he estimates volume by looking at pre market volume.

Yeah I don't understand what he means by "We can use the concept that we know there is a total amount of dollar that can be traded in one day". Maybe he's suggesting that generally speaking, small cap stocks don't exceed a certain amount of dollars traded in one day?
@alexrebano7189

@@4thbrooker demand dries up at a certain point, just like when a mid cap hits its bottom, it shoots up. In stocks like WWR, KXIN theres a point where it gets exhausted and just fades all the way down.

So hard to understand in one watch. How does market cap predicts volatility again? How do you measure total amount of dollar that can be traded in a day?

Fundamental analysis is for long term and technical analysis is for short term. But both of them together is lethal combination and success rate is high.
The 3 mistakes EVERY trader will run into.
