Financial literacy is so important. I'm currently in grad school and living with family. I have nothing to my name except my car, which I got as an undergrad gift. I'm looking for a job right now but no luck. It's almost impossible to start building credit. Start asap

Hi Mohuya, Thank you so much for sharing your experience as a New Yorker! I was born and grew up in the UK, but my love and my heart truly live in the States, I studied a BBA in public Accounting,during the pandemic but I have yet to pay off my tuition. Despite that, I visited NYC last year with my Son, who was 12 at the time and and is now aged 13, we loved it, our metro cards are like souvenirs. We visited Central Park in Manhattan, took a tour of Manhattan, and went to Grand Central. When I think of New York I think of organizations, job opportunities as well as well-rounded researchers and professors that deliver an advanced education, specializing in various sectors throughout the business industry. New York City is the hub of finance. I enjoy being in the city. best wishes Jameela

hey!! i've been trying to get management because i hate admin, even though i've had a few successful brand deals. i have 17k on instagram and 80k on tiktok, but my tiktok views and engagement went down a lot so i'm kinda ignoring it. do you think 17k is enough for management, or are they looking for someone with a greater following count? (ik engagement, niche, and various factors matter but i was told by one agency that they require a minimum of 20k).

Is there other options for renting aprtments for low income people? Like no way someone in that bracket makes 40x of regular aparment rent in a year. People are speding 30-40% of their yearly income on rent these days
