They’re really really tight but if you tried really hard and they don’t fit they may have to send you another pair or you may have to cut the molars out BUT definitely reach out to the help desk before doing so, just got to your account and it should be an option in the drop down menu

I'm using the new app for Byte. I dont have the newer version of the hyperbyte but apparently you can connect your hyperbyte via bluetooth to the app to keep track how long you've used the device. Problem is, I dont know how to connect it. I need help if anyone knows.

Yes! There is. I will be adding this in my update but you have to have on your Bluetooth while holding down the button, i believe. Thats how I connected mine.

I use my fingers the tool helps but I’m so use to using my hands I don’t think of using the tool

I’ve seen reviews about people having to wear their aligners longer than initially advised is that the case? Like should I wear each aligned longer than a week at a time? Please help

That depends wholly on your teeth and your consistency with wearing them. I cant say whether thats true or not becasue its different for everyone, HOWEVER if you do have to wear them longer, im sure its not as long as you’d probably wear braces. BUT I ALWAYS recommend seeing a dentist and getting everything fixed prior to shifting your teeth with any aligner or braces system to reduce issues throughout your process

@@tcr73903 Sorry for the late reply and your problems with byte aligners. Hopefully you can get the treatment you are seeking successfully. It has been numerous years since I started my nightmare with this company. And for full disclosure I did fight with them until I got a refund , having said that, I didn't sign anything as to a release. My treatment was originally for 4 months , which 1 1/2 years later I was still not getting the finish results. I suffered the entire time with pain, unable to speak properly and aligners that didn't fit. Had sores in my mouth, was constantly getting revaluation from the dentist, told different things and had 4 different plans revisions, which produced a large garage bag full of used, not used Aligners sent for each plan. Most of the time I would get to about the 5-7 week and have to back up or stop and wait for a new plan. Sometimes weeks or months of waiting. One time I had to wear the same retainer at night for over 4 months. Now this was all day wear with a retainer at night and using the special Byte device 2 day for 20 minutes, a year and several months mark by that time. Eventually I was told to use that device 4 times a day for 20 minutes. I developed mouth tremors, spasms in my face and an upper over bite, with one tooth pushed forward which overlapped my bottom teeth in front. Then I was told to stop treatment, they couldn't help me. Sorry but too bad. Almost 2 years after starting this Program I was told sorry but you need to see your Dentist . I fight back as I said earlier to get my money back which I eventually did, not a complete refund but at least I got most back, and I refuse to return anything, they wanted everything thing returned. It took about 6 months to get that all settled. Today I still have an over bite with a tooth that doesn't allow my teeth to close properly, I developed Vertical cracks in my front teeth, along with separation/ breaking way from the tooth which caused fractures and still have chewing problem and some tremors . Because of the HyperByte, I have molars that started to chip and break off, and front teeth that chipping: think of a small jackhammer on your teeth for that length of time over several months. I have been professional treated, however a lot of damage isn't fixable and I am still trying to correct and control my damage teeth. At 69 years of age now, it has been an awful experience for me. I choose starting Byte because I had a tooth on my upper that slightly overlapped the next tooth and a bottom eye tooth that was slightly higher on the opposite and hit the upper tooth above it. I didn't think I could tolerate braces, even though I had been told by my Dentist I could consider them . I had all my teeth , no cavities, no cracks and other than age related thinning issues, in good shape. I just wanted straight teeth ( specifically 2 teeth total, which Byte said I was a good candidate for with their plan. I never dream it would damage my teeth so badly. Even seeing my own Dentist before and during that time of using bite, the damage was being done throughout and afterwards much more results of that damage continues to this day. Have totally regretted my decision to start with Byte and this whole process was totally dysfunctional and unprofessional from the start which became a battle with a company at that time that didn't care at all about me. Even in the beginning I never got a person or phone call who was assigned my team member contact me, they would be there and then gone , no longer working there . I had to make the calls , wait for days or weeks for someone to contact me. They may have changed, hopefully they have and improved their policies and standards of care. My biggest hope is they have realized their responsibility to the people who trusted them for treatment . I still pray for them, and I pray for others out there that have been mistreated by them. And I am praying for you 🙏
