A lot of this resonates. I won a restraining order case against an ex-girlfriend, as a male. I was disappointed in the system overall in supporting me as a victim, having experienced emotional and ultimately a day of terrible physical violence. The whole legal process was physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually draining. Several times I wanted to back out. I am dropping a note to others to find a solid community around you, stay spiritually intact, and fight the good fight. This darkness needs our light. Much love yall.

Thank you so much for this story of strength, survival and authenticity. I share your views so much on the spiritual dimension and I use meditation visualisation techniques to put up my boundaries with angelic assistance and to throw back everything that is projected onto me. I channel my inner Wonder Woman/ Goddess as well. But that is me. Everyone will find their own methods, archetypes, memories etc which will, personally, help them.

The nasty vibrations we receive from them (my ex-wife) we can send that back to them and I do it regularly. We don’t need to let that happen. Stay strong let’s crack these narcs… keep your integrity and authenticity and you’ll win

Yes!! I did that in a meditation. I imagined rolling up all the shite that my 2 brothers had projected onto me and it was all rolled up and thrown back at tgem. Every time I feel a psychic attack fro either of them, by intrusive thoughts or fear, I just imagine that again. I also draw in the support from friends and family who have passed on and the energy of my support network of living friends and family to do this work.

Ur such a brave woman..yes..the news..yes .go for it.. exposure.....this is spiritual...and too many of us ...r suicidal...tears...😢x
