This is the most heartfelt, concise and comprehensive description of the Hell that is Depression and the routes out of it that I have ever heard.

I thank God, Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins and others. I dropped the goal of MORE and focused on the fact that I am enough and I have enough. And while I never Drank much, Sobriety opened up a whole new world but also automatically separated me from the MOST Toxic people Including some in Business relationships. Once you see you can't unsee. Huge thanks for your Content.

Alcohol is the only socially acceptable drug in society today and it's absolutely disgusting. It's so readily available that it's easy to just escape with a few beers or glasses of wine and absolutely fuck up your body because of the whole process the human body has to go through to convert ethanol into a form that can be metabolized. I'm struggling with quitting alcohol entirely myself because I'm prone to being impulsive and often go out drinking which is a huge ass waste of time and money and most people you meet out are also not always the best ones.

Thank you. Wonderful stuff sir. What helped me was 12 step recovery. Taught me to look inwards and focus on me and what I can do to improve my life ( and not what needs to happen outside for my joy.) Really enjoy Sahdguru, and Micheal Singer.

Didn't watch but 3 minutes of it. I "assume" you discovered what I did. Watching the thoughts of depression versus surfing it. Discovering the seer inside who WATCHES it, is the real you.

Ok. They why are you on this channel.. Well you assumed wrong. Go actually listen to the man’s words or log off to somewhere else

What're your thoughts on psychiatry/anti depressants? Did you ever go that route? I suffer from severe depression, it runs deep in my family, but I am very resistant to wanting to be on them. I am a member of AA/12 Step groups and find through doing the inner work, spirituality, and being of service along with community relieve me of most of my ailments. I do wonder tho if I am selling myself short of an even better life..

I don't know your history, so I cannot, in good faith, advise you. Some people need antidepressants, but most do not, as their problems stem from their lack of knowledge and willpower to confront the emotional traumas causing their problems. But everyone is a unique case.
