Whenever I try to start act 1 it just brings my game back to nearly fullscreen instead of it just staying minimized is there a way to fix this or is this just something on my end?

I’m in the actual version of hello neighbor, and the tv clipping works at the beginning of act 1 when you try to enter the basement, but when I’m in the basement the tv clipping doesn’t work to get to the hallway, the glitch worked only once and then I could not do it, what can I do?
