1. Minimum Viable Action, Break a very big task in a smaller tasks and complete those smaller tasks in a specific intervals, Imp things must be done first hence maintain a priority list by myself everyday. 2. Procrastination is a Choice, Do the opposite of what the brain wants, focusing on Long term rather than Short term, Jus like David goggins. 3. Be aware that your Procrastinating... and start doing coz starting instead of procrastinating drops the anxiety levels down to the point where it will almost be over. 4. Be aware of emotion of Procrastinating, Compare fear of doing(FOD) and fear of regretting(FOR) in the future and if FOR > FOD, you will get the motivation to do it. 5. Pay attention to my excuses, write down pros and cons within 2mins and do them according. 6. Remove all Distractions internal thoughts as well as external

I still haven't been able to end procrastination completely i still do it a lot but mostly because my focus span isn't very good, for which im trying out the pomodoro timer. Im not sure if its helping but we'll have to see for longer. However im doing better in terms of starting something which is basically the main problem of procrastination. Imma share what i did: So firstly u need to understand why u procrastinate. Its because the task u need to do seems very overwhelming and difficult to do or u just don't know what to do. Or if the task seems too small and trivial u think u can do it later. So u want to do something easy like watching Yt or sleeping. But what if the task at hand didn't seem so hard, unknown and time consuming, yes you would probably not have such a hard time to start. So say u gotta do a long 1000 words or 10 page essay/assignment or a 50 slide presentation. That sounds pretty hard so of course u wouldn't wanna start. So u need to divide the work in way u do only a portion of work. Not the way like u do one page a day like everyone says no because it doesn't make any sense. But basically start by on one session, plan out how ur gonna divide the work in different sessions, next session brainstorm ideas about ur project topic, another session seperate subtopics and think about the contents and how much to include, next session basically plan out whatever uve thought of how ur gonna execute it. See how many parts we've divided just the starting out part yes we purposely dwelled for a long time in preparations to begin. This familiarizes u with the whole project and gives u avery clear idea about what, where and how much u wanna do, u will also have an estimate of how long it will take it will also be easier to get urself to actually begin. One this noone mentions is its hard to start also if u have no idea what to do in the task. Now finally make up ur mind to do just one topic or even subtopic in one session. Since uve minimized the burden of such an overwhelming task to a clear and small amount per session, it will be easier to get urself to start. And maybe if ur in the grove u might even do more than intended. But some might still face a problem with starting because the task is too small to ve considered a priority. For that what u can do is think ur gonna do one topic instead of just a subtopic so the task seems imp enough to make it a priority but not too overwhelming. But do it late at night or just with a time limit. Lets say u sleep at 12 or have to go out at 3, then start like an hour or 2 before the deadline so u can't get a full topic done. Let say u only got 2 subtopics done but u have to stop because u have to sleep or go out. But u actually startd doing it though bit was trivial. Doing this is like training ur brain to make urself start even if its unimportant and overtime u will be able to aleast do something per day ao in the long run u will have done a lot.
