17:30 no! That's not how huge power works - doubling the actual attack stat is very different to doubling a base stat. Huge Power at 71 Base Attack, if backed by solid IVs, comes out close to Kyurem Black's Attack, which is at a 170 Base. And that's just vanilla Diggersby. This buffed form clocks in closer to Deoxys Attack's attack stat of 200

@timleipold-pz9bu they don't have any EVs in run and bun, not sure about IVs. EVs (Effort Values) are obtained by defeating pokemon, with the stat given being determined by which pokemon you defeat. you can have up to 510 total on a pokemon, with up to 255 in one stat. the stat boost they give is 1:400 multiplied by level, so 1 per 4 EVs at lv100, and 1 per 8 EVs at level 50, etc. IVs (Individual Values) are randomly determined upon creation of a pokemon. unlike EVs, there's very little the player can do to change them without special items, and they can range from 0-31 in each stat. the stat boost they give is 1:100 multiplied by level. a lv50 will get will get 1 per 2 evs, lv100 will get 1 per 1 ev, etc.
