I vaugely remember on the Sushi-go-round game that it was possible to ingest a 'wasabi roll' that would cause a player who ingests it to run around out of control It was also the lowest price item and you could push the AI into eating it for cheap wins.
@wilsonweiseng6485 Жыл бұрын
i think that's tea, hot piping tea that goes well with eating japanese dish but really really hot, like noone in their right mind would dip their tongue in it like that kind of hot, like not only is it prepared with just hot water the ceramic cup that it is served in traps the heat so it stays hot for a long time kind of hot

@@wilsonweiseng6485 Nope, the green tea turns the Lickitung green and makes it shudder and stick its tongue out in disgust because it's bitter. There's a sushi roll with wasabi in it that turns the Lickitung red and makes it go "EEP!!!" and run around in a panic because it's too spicy for it.

Yeah not every system was great at running its own programs. Lol but I would say n64 does better than most emulation but parallel and other options have made n64 a lot better at emulation. A lot of the N64 games were rigged to hell and back. I legit gave up on one of them because there was no way of sanely defeating the end trainers when they had teams that could one shot any of your pokemon regardless of the type, and they often were allowed to go first, had near 100% CC chances, and a rigged hit/miss ratio in their favour.
@TheBestAsbestos13 Жыл бұрын
There were a lot of weird rulings that unreasonably favored the computer trainers too. I remember they could only have one Pokemon afflicted by a given status condition at a time, so if you land a toxic and they switch the poisoned 'Mon out, all other toxics would just inexplicably miss/fail.

As a kid i played these games for months. Thundering dynamo can be beat but the odds are lower than a full odds shiney with perfect ivs. Theres actualy a set pattern to the color switches that you can learn. If you guess the set correctly it removes the cpus advantage. The main issue with thundering dynamo is the hardware. The physical controller cant register button presses fast enough to outoace the cpu. However some periphreals and third party controllers can register inputs much faster. (Side note these make dig dig and rattata race unlosable even on hyper difficulty). Now if you feel like thats cheating, every now and then the cpus on hyper mode will throw. You can try over and over again until all three throw giving you the win. However without the changed hardware or the random cpus, winning is impossible.
@bluedistortions6 ай бұрын
The buttons can register 30 presses per second. Even world record button pressers aren't going to be held back by that. But for the sake of your thumbs and the controller, yeah, would recommend a rapid fire controller.

I used to play this all the time as a kid and have beat all the minigames in Hyper difficulty. The Magikarp one is fairly easy since I have the rhythm down. Clefairy one is easy as it's just memorisation. Run rattata run can be hard to win but you just need to be really consistent when mashing and endure the pain. I used to be amazing at Snore war when I was younger and would perfect it every time, not as consistent nowadays but can still do it. I have only beat thundering dynamo 2-3 times in my life on hyper lol I do have one recorded but it's just gameplay footage. Sushi go round can be hit or miss but I usually go for the mid-high combos. Rock harden is easy once you have a feel for it. Ekans hoop hurl is hit or miss depending on how often your targets get sniped and as you say, dig dig dig is by far the easiest haha
