I’ve been reading cards since I was 4 years old intuitively, which wasn’t a huge shock to my mother since she had many aunts and uncles who read and had spiritual gifts. She herself also has her own spiritual gifts but it’s always just been a way of life for us, not a business. I have worked at shops but only part time and mostly as favors to friends who needed a reader. At 45 I’m at the point where I believe I need to use my gifts for real and stop trying to do things the “normal” “smart” way and trust myself and spirit. I stumbled on this video in the middle of a restless night at like 2am while searching for jobs online, I just moved to Texas from California and want a fresh start. Your story inspired me and gave me the kick in the ass I needed! Great testimony. My journey hasn't been as successful as fast as yours tho. I've been reading tarot for 3 years and have offered personal readings for the last year and a half but I hardly get requests for reading and I've put alot of time and energy into putting myself out there on all social media platforms and all kinds of things but I haven't given up, I don't think I could even if I wanted to. I've always been that way, once I start something I have to succeed. To me success is what I'm personally happy with not what my peers think it is. But I believe everything I've been thru wanting to do it full time and not quite getting there yet is all part of my journey. Bcuz I just got a job today working for a tarot app!!! So I'm excited about that and do feel like it's finally my time...everyone's timeline is different and I'm ok with mine. I think because you said your dreams come first and the job comes second that you made a commitment to the universe and it’s providing everything you need. I will share with you that I do a prayer for my readings and myself to be protected and guided by a higher will by saying The Pattern on the Trestleboard and sometimes even The Lord’s Prayer and I visualize my chakras and Tree of Life. I like that you have crystals near you when you’re doing this video. 😊

Well done to you, Girl! I love hearing stories of people completely walking away from situations they are not happy in and making it work for them. The universe will always support you if you are living your true purpose, which is clearly your case. I have done something similar. In my case, I started with artisan candles that quickly became bestsellers on Etsy. This gave me the courage to resign from a full-time job. I resigned, went travelling, and learned new cultures and rituals to enrich my practice. I never looked back, and I love my clients so much 💜

Just stumbled across this video today and I'm so glad that I did! Thank you so much for sharing your experience so openly, not many people talk about these things that people really need to know when starting out such as the struggle with finances etc. It's a scary, risky thing to quit your job. I'm in a similar position at the moment where I'm working part-time in retail and I've just started on my tarot journey last month. I still have some fear on whether I am good enough for this, will I create stability etc. but spirit seems to think this is my soul purpose and it always has been. I trust in the divine and this video is not only comforting but definite confirmation that this is the path for me! Thank you so much for being an inspiration and for your amazing energy. I've been reading Tarot as a hobby for about 30 years now. I've never once thought I should do it for a living. But I've always had (and ignored) the call...and everything else I've tried has just absolutely failed. I've been getting the call again lately to do it and what pops up on my KZbin feed but this two year old video from you (who I've never seen before, but I'm now subbing to) basically confirming the call. I think it's time I stop ignoring Spirit and start following what it's telling me to. Thanks for your advice and for telling us your story. Wow.. Powerful experience. I always loved getting tarot reading. When I was 18,out of nowhere I first stumbled upon a pick a card and it was so accurate that I started thinking how is it possible. Then I checked multiple readings and it resonated. Also that time I was going through tough times. But then for 2-3 years I forgot about tarot start leading my life. Got a job that paid ok. But starting this august I just felt I couldn't do it. It was such a strong feeling. I have always liked helping people especially emotionally. But for financial constraints i couldn't do a psychology course. Wanted to become a lawyer also the financial constraints came. I was doing a b2b marketing which I didn't like from my core. I never wanted to be a b2b marketer. B2C D2C still ok b2b in education sector my god it was hell boring. So many days i cried myself to sleep. So many times by boss asked is this what you want to do? I kept asking myself the same question. When I was verge of depression and kind of accepted this is my life, because no support from the family have to pay my bills take care of my parents, I saw one of my ex colleague was doing life coach thing. She didn't had psychology degree. Talking with her gave me confidence. In December I quit the job, have savings that will only last for 3 months. But damn I feel good. I have never felt so good also right now I am doing tarot. Did some strangers reading and 80% reading was accurate. I never felt so much peace with myself and my life. I know things will start to come up sooner or later but knowing that finally I am doing something that I really enjoy is a new thing to me. Damn I enjoy it.. Though sometimes doing it for free kind of sucks, but when they say it resonated I think that's the best feeling. Thank you for sharing your story.

Yes! I deal with it by not scheduling too many readings in one day along with lots of cleansing of my energy. I also live an extremely mindful lifestyle on a day to day basis which allows me to stay grounded 🥹
