Kyle congratulations for your participation on the meet despite that you werent swimming for almost a year. You had put a lot of effort into the past years and it seemed. I have to say that you seem talented as well. May i ask you what do your warmups include?

For my warm up, I do a bit of dynamic stretching and then in the pool I do some pace / heart rate work specific to the race I’m swimming.
