Hey! I randomly came across your youtube page. I honestly didn’t give two sh*ts about college swimming until I started watching yours and your teammates’ channels. This is a good way of raising awareness and getting people to notice the sport one viewer at a time. It also helps that you have a stellar team. Congratulations 🐻

I swam next to this absolute unit at Arizona high school state championships my sophomore year (his senior year) and lemme tell you the best learning experience of my life didn't even care about any other swimmer I was the only sophomore in the heat next to the best in the state. That was good enough for me lmao. Watching him go 15 off each turn in a 100 fly race was absolutely crazy. No joke whole race bro only took 8 strokes compared to my 18.

Basic question : how to keep water out of the nose? 1. You can't exhale all the time. 2. If a little pressure is kept in the nose, water comes in as soon as you release that pressure once you are out of the water. Do you have any tips on that?

I think it depends on what works best for you. It’s important to keep a tight core and test which tension works better on your back side. Test both out - Hope that helps.
