Last One, Fast One (British Masters Champs Vlog)

I vlog the third and final day of the masters national swimming championships. My relay team and I would take on the 4x100 freestyle relay with lofty goals of the British and European records. Matt would also take on the individual 50m Butterfly and Kieran and Reg decided to do some fast 50s in the swim down pool!

Hi mate quick question, I would love to hear back, I have a big meet coming up where I would be swimming the 100 meter Breast and the 200 meter breast, would you recommend the TYR shockwave ? Currently I’m using the tyr venzo phantom. Would the shockwave be better ?

Shockwave is awesome for 100 breast. I like Mizuno Neo AG for 200z

I just trained for the first time in Arena Cobra Ultra Swipe but when I put it a little tighter I get bruises on my face ,when I put it a little looser it leaks.Can you help me?
