Yep. You even have to pay a non-refundable deposit to move house. When Bethesda decided to make a game with realistic survival mechanics, they went in HARD. 🤣 I'm surprised Bethesda didn't try charging you to repair your own gear... Oh, wait, they did, by making it so the only way to do it was through repair packs, which were practically non-existent in the game, either as loot or as rewards, but they WERE available in the cash shop. Fortunately, they've done away with that "mechanic" since the wastelanders update, but it's an indicator of just how hard they wanted to squeeze their own fans' wallets until the pips squeaked.

@@peterclarke7240you're factually wrong about the repair kits buddy update notes for when they were added literally said the repair kit is a one time use consumable that repairs your equipment to 100% durability without using crafting materials you have ALWAYS been able to repair them without the repair kits idk where you got your information but you could not be more wrong everyone who liked your reply is obviously just a hate train rider who's never played the game once and it seems neither have you

I miss survival mode and nuclear winter on the PC servers. They missed out on so much pvp potential with this game. Imagine playing factions of 20 fire breathers vs 20 raiders, or BOS vs The Enclave.
