Almost anyone can become homeless. It happened to me during the ‘08 financial crisis. I went from owning my own business with several employees, to being positively broke, and with no where to go. I lived in a tent in an encampment right in the middle of a major city. Since getting back on my feet, I have stockpiled everything needed if, or more likely when, this happens again. A long time ago a man told me: “if you can’t find humility yourself, God will find it for you”. I’m happy to say that 3 years of being homeless, made me a much better man because of it.

In My opinion bad side of being poor is you find out who your friend and family are that's good now you know what to do eye 👀 be open now bad side being born rich you will never know what a friend is and how people truly are until something bad happens and when the poor person become rich you will know the game on both sides very well

That is some good advice. A person wouldn't think that there would be anything wrong with new construction homes but I guess it turns out that there can be a lot wrong with them. I enjoy your videos. We have a lot in common. I've worked as a custodian and a CNA and in manufacturing and in security etc also. I also am not good at doing things very fast either. You're helping a lot of people with these videos. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for sharing your story. My family and I left the states, in order to work on investments and actual retirement. I never worked a job that leads to a pension. My grandfather always pushed me to do it and it never was for me. Now I’m 45 and need to create my own pension. It’s no joke brother. However , it’s not impossible I put some of my story on my channel. Thank you for sharing yours and I wish everyone the best.

I transitioned into living off grid and selling offgrid homes, making my own food and meeting people with more goals and self empowering life stories of teamwork and resilience. You are doing the right thing otherwise your consciousness would never had forced your mass to do it. The world is a crazy place, Bless you Mr.

I bought a brand new car in ‘04 and made $600+ a month payments for 4 years. A year before I was about to pay it off, the cops stole the car and I never got it back. I also lost my ability to get to work or even to a job interview. If you want to see a situation that is hard to get out of, try that.

I had to leave the Country just to not be homeless....my rent where i live was 500 USD, but while I was here, I found a town were my rent would change as low as 270 USD per month.....but that was me seeing the writing on the wall back in 2008....the plan was to make everyone suffer and those who were safe, could still live the life style......living around anywhere these days in America is a quick way to get Robbed,Shot, Carjacked.....need I say more? but people are messy everywhere.....no matter where you go.
@skapunkoialternativeliving65223 ай бұрын
The funny you say that I left my house 2008 as well but actually I get my house away. I walked away from it because I didn't want to pay the mortgage anymore because I want to start to live cheaper and simple and I started to get, I went to the apartment and that eventually went. Too high, then I bought a Van built out and I was about to live out of it full-time when I found a small base to where I currently to this day. In now 2024 and I love it. I'll never go back into paying high rent again, those days are done for me. I live alternatively, ever since I in fact, I will say, I live better than most middle class. People right now who have nice cars nice houses because they have a lot more responsibility and they're working hard just to pay a mortgage, I don't have to do that. Which means I can take more days off when I feel like it and enjoy my life because I live life on my terms.

7:27 Hell no. The deck is major. If it’s a second story deck that could kill some one. I was a builder in the states before moving to Thailand I’ve seen decks collapse. It’s better to get an old house and rehab it. The structure will be more secure. You can control what’s put into it and save on the purchase due to it being a rehab. Dam I’m still listening as I type. 10:24 that sounds insane bro.

Right now I am trying to do a research paper on the possibiltiy of expanding the use of surveys being sent out to secondary students about their use of cell phones at school too. Since some highschool students become homeless too, now that there are more custodial fathers only on paper sometimes for over a decade; before their teenager gets to finish highschool. That is why I believe watching videos about how any person becomes homeless is right now important for me to do when recommending surveys to find out what students are having to cope with while planning classes in media literacy including the use of cell phones outside of school only now up here in Canadian secondary school buildings. Because well for one thing. Not all highschool students can afford to hire a building inspector and a detective too every time they are considering to rent a basement suite or a room from a landlord. Nor can most highschool students around afford to build their own house without at least some help beyond a prefab lumber supplies service company. Nor could most people working towards a highschool diploma or with only a highschool diploma while their boss is false accusing them of not having one sometimes could afford to have the deck redone on the back of a building they are only renting in.

Andrew, You should do coding....Learn HTML or go attend an inline 3 month bootcamp...It's challenging but it's clear that you have the intellect to do well. You can become a digital nomad and work remotely and make decent money...I would suggest you research it to see if it would be something you would like to do.

When you live in a community like that, you're basically controlled because you don't own anything association. Fee and all that nonsense, you can't have certain people who come to your place even though you pay for your own house, that doesn't make sense to me if you're going to buy a house you want a house for yourself that you own these days? I recommend buy a piece of land or something in the countryside and build your own home there or have you shed there and that's it? That's all I want to do at the end, that's my end game.
