I hit legs 3x a week and I’m a guy. Don’t be scared. We use our legs more than any other muscle group daily. They can take it. 4-5 months of doing legs 3x a week and my legs have blown the F up. When woman come up to you at the gym and ask you tips for leg movements you know you doing something right!

Yo I’m up to two times a week vs No times and this is a definite motivator. My legs are my weakest body part for sure I’m going to work my way up to 3 days to see the results 💯

Dude it takes me 4 days to recover from leg day. Once a week is all I can stand and still go to work. And I roll my legs out after leg day too. I mean I have muscular legs but they aren’t big by any means.

Facts!! I was two sport college athlete (track & football), but probably didn’t train legs as hard as I should have. About 18 months ago, I starting trailing legs twice a week and saw monumental growth.

Love the humility and humour in this video. I’ve always had chicken legs but in the past 12 months after incorporating a squat wedge and high volume kettlebell goblet squats and RDLs, I’m starting to see some real shape and size emerge.

Recovery and longevity are key. Spewing up after a leg workout with Charles Glass is not something that you can sustain over time IRL where you also have a family, a career and a life away from the gym. It doesn't matter so much what exercises you do as you do it right and stick to it. Squats, smith machine squats, 45 degree leg presses, machine hack squats, leg extensions and curls are all great. My free squat days are over due to knee pain but i cam still pull off smith machine and machine hack squats. Pre exhaust with leg extensions and curls. Always a good workout and decent legs to a degree that i don't fit in a Levis 501 etc. But no mre then once every 5-7 days sp i won't get overtrained.

I actually do full body lifting split for 4x a week. Plus i do taekowndo, sprits , tire flips, and sports too. I'm in basketball season now, soon will be tennis season.

Well, since I just underwent a triceps tendon repair, I have no choice! Oh, once the block wore off, the pain was outrageous through POD 4.

I work legs twice a week! Do I like it, Nooo, but it has to be done. I do heavy one of the days and light to bodyweight the other. Some weeks, I kill them. I switch it up.

So I am 18. I started exercising during the COVID lockdown. I did calisthenics and had some old weights and a bar . So for a year I did do any leg exercises. Then one day I saw myself. Beautiful chest, beautiful forearms and biceps. Skinny asf legs. They were so skinny that you'd pick your teeth with it. Then I started my journey. For my first month, it was very normal, 100 squats with 15kg weights. For a month. Then 100 squats 20kg. Now my legs look bloated....I need to cut and get a beautiful mid section

@@eddiejr999 5 days a week Saturday and Sunday i took rest. It becomes really painful though. I did them in a go, it was dumb, u can break them into sets of two or by your convience.

@Pattnaik true alright well yeah im in a similar situation, I mean I hit the gym 5x a week for my regular training and 2 leg days, so I was thinking I'd do the 100 Squats on the 3 other days I hit a different muscle group in addition to my normal 2 leg days and see how that helps me. Ive always had some medical issues with my legs and had surgeries on both knees and my left foot as well. I also unfortunately don't have much ankle mobility in my left leg at all so I have to do heel Elevated Squats to get the best form. And there's jus some leg exercises ive never really been up to trying or know i cant do properly because of it. But I'm really trying to build up my legs more because I don't want them to get too far behind my upper body and then have to play catch up so hoping this would help me put on a couple inches at least in my thighs.

Train legs at least 1-2 times per week, allowing time for recovery. Your muscles grow during rest, not just in the gym, so getting enough sleep and recovery time is crucial.

Troy is my go to guy. A lot of people love training with me and I'm not even a trainer or certified. Little do they know, some of my knowledge is from this guy. Leg days is a beautiful day. I start with squats, then I do the machines. End with dumbbell Bulgarian split squats. I can't wear my pants anymore without feeling tightness lol. He's right guys, do legs twice a week. Also, make sure to hit that intensity. I'm a balloonatic!

Haha So all you have to do is, inject juice into your legs and lightly workout and then your legs will grow magically right? That must be expensive though. All that food you eat must keep you on the toilet for most of the day I imagine.

@@SuperhumanTroy That may be true but I am well aware that most of the “fitness gurus” online use anabolic steroids regularly and claim they are natural. It is a disgusting truth unfortunately about athletes. Your upper body looks questionable dude and your diet is unrealistic. 🤷‍♂️
