I went down this road before training your neck like this will give you sleep apnea and problems breathing neck muscles will grow very quickly and they can interfere with your breathing. and you will have a lifetime problem of sleeping with a sleep apnea mask. Farmers carries are fine but neck curls are very bad for you. this guy is a young buck so he will not realize it for many years that he really screwed up.

I used to be a sprinter in highschool. Those were the best set of abs I ever had. Still got the 6 pack, but it’s clouded with fat. A lil cruise on Ana will bring them back.

When I did Karate part of our warm up was 400 neck 'crunches'; 100 lying on our back, 100 on each side, 100 lying on our stomach, holding ourselves up on our elbows (on the tips of the elbows when we advanced in rank). This was after 200 varied crunches and 70 varied push ups, and we would end the warm up with 100 punches in a middle horse stance. Then class started.
