Wish i saw this video early! I eventually found out about all of these tips and technique specifics, and they really do help a lot, if i had seen your video earlier, i would have been doing them (right) this way for years! Great, clear video, with great tips! My favorite tip is the wrist position for lateral and rear delts. Works good with the cable too if you angle it behind you or between your feet.

I'm 73 yrs old. Been doing Feeders off and on for three months now. Avg 4 times a week. I always do 3 sets. I use 10lbs. I have more trouble with Triceps than Biceps. I do 100 Bizeps each set, no rest just 100 straight through. My 1st set I do 100 straight on Triceps no stopping. 2nd set I can reach 80. Rest 5 seconds then finish up to 100. My third set I can usually reach 70 or 80 then finish up.

Great information and great physique? Of course, but it's really a shame that you ruined your body with those tattoos. Especially the one that is on your chest. Not sure why you would do that or who is influencing? You telling you that those look good, but it totally takes away from your beautiful physique. So hopefully you can get those removed without any scarring or blemishes

Why do this? You're not Helmut, and don't have his genetics. Most people who eat like Helmut and train like him won't look like him. Genetics are everything, how your metabolism is, how you retain water and glycogen, how you respond to sodium, etc. Nice try, but Helmut is a rare breed.
