Retention even help in boosting testosterone and making gains.. damn. I definitely have MORE energy when I'm retaining. I used to retain years ago when I was in high school before semen retention even was a thing on the internet. And my friends were like how the fuck can you do that! Lol, I just determined to not watch porn or chase girls for the sake of upping my school performance. Cuz focusing busting every day was distracting as hell. After high school tho, I just randomly decided to stop retaining. Regretted that, as I've become a sex addict.. Now I'm at it again after watching LFA 🔥 Aiming to NoFap/retain for 3 consecutive months. I'll see how that will go.

I am not going to lie like you I decided eh it might help me get more motivated, but I feel I am already healthy. I still told myself lets give it a shot. But then one time on day 4 I got 4.5 hours of sleep woke up and convinced myself to do leg day. And after my workout driving home I wondered to myself what force is propelling me to be here in the first place (Especially on leg day). That is the day I found out this is no joke. I get that on your main channel you talk about being magnetic, and borderline pseudo science. Regardless if this is real every guy should at least try to go 5-10 days to conduct their own results. A theme I noticed in your comment section on the other channel and social media in general is guys asking you for a whole system on how to do anything, and that is just not how life works. You have to see what works in person. Also to add I still feel that your success in life will be 75% diet and lifestyle and 25% retention, but why not do both lol.
