Love your home!! You literally bought at the best time (I mean best it could be around this time and not compared to 10 years ago). We bought a home around the same area in nepean in May 2022, we got a 3 bedroom end townhome with an unfinished basement and one car garage for more than you bought this home for! But we couldn’t get it pre construction because there was too much demand at the time and prices were going up like crazy so we settled for a new home that someone bought in the pre construction phase and was selling as soon as it was built, I mean even the front lawn was not done yet so it was newly built. But still it would have been nice to be able to get something bigger and a detached house.

You would need a better income than this and as a student I mentioned to focus on earning more bit just minimum wage and then focus on getting a better job in you own field plus few side hustles! I have mentioned what jobs I have done in my previous video I hope this helps!
