One advise I will give you. FUNDIS or contractors are thieves and they will over quote prices of materials and even labour. Always insist on paying not more than 30% of the total cost of the house as labour. The other thing is to pay on per diem(per day) basis especially if you have put down all the required materials. We live in a corrupt country and many contractors will steal from you
