That video was really full of value! Tysm ! For a future video idea: You could do the same you just did with all the system (Slack channels, creatives system/tracking, how you operate etc...) you are using for 10-50k/month / 100k+ / month... just like you did for Team building in this vids. That would really be cool!

Question : Is what you refer to as a “concept” simply a different way to create an ad? For example, does it include various ad types, such as using a mashup UGC format versus an interview ad format, or educational content ads versus customer success story ads? Are these considered different angles or concepts, focusing on the same content but presented in different ways? Or on the other hand , we consider marketing angles , targeting different market segments within the same for example weight loss product, such as a meal replacement shake, can we create ads with distinct angles or concepts, like: 1. Concept 1: Ads aimed at busy professionals who need convenient meal options to fit into their hectic schedules. 2. Concept 2: Ads targeting fitness enthusiasts looking for a post-workout recovery shake that supports weight loss.

Yes 100% you got it, concepts/angles can be very broad or super specific. You just start testing more broad as you don't know what works yet

In launching our first concept, we’re taking bold, strategic steps beyond minor tweaks like changing hooks or B-roll. Instead of simply adjusting angles, we’re looking at how our top competitor has refined and scaled their concept through significant, iterative improvements. They’ve focused on increasing efficiency by scaling the same concept while refining it over time, and we plan to copy the same-replicating their concept as a foundation and making better, more effective videos, even incorporating some of their older, still-successful approaches because they still running olds winners . With that in mind, how much we can innovate depends on the concept itself. Here’s a more concise question: How do we identify and maximize opportunities for “big swings” within a concept to make it stand out without losing the core that’s proven successful?
