98% of people abroad can not build a comparative building in their places of residence. You are richer in Ghana. No need to sell and go abroad. It's not easy abroad. If you are not a business minded person then it will be tough to return. People will build in Ghana and will not be able to return. If you don't have a source of income or pension money then it will be hard to return.

@@AfricaBuildingHubYes, I'd be grateful for information on Uninterrupted Power Supplies please. Ive had 10kva solar quotes from SPS and other Ghana suppliers in excess of c250,000+ . I have quotes for panels, inverter and batteries directly from China for $5,000 and a small plant for $3,000+. Will you be relying on ECG yourself ? What's your back up please? Thanks.

@@AfricaBuildingHub Thank you for replying! As you replied I had reached the section where you were telling us about your 5 KVA system. That is enough to pick two small air conditioners and a few fans. Your house is big, I feel you will reach that capacity very quickly. Ghana manufactures its own photovoltaic panels, so there should be domestic kits available from 10,000 cedis as there are in countries of comparable development like India and Sri Lanka. So I'd be grateful for a price comparison video; supply and installation from local suppliers Vs shipping from China/ India. I want to do this in January 2024. Thank you. I don't want to invest $$$$ in solar technology and still have to rely on ECG. Thank you (Eii, do we know your name?! )
