I can personally attest to how well this letter is written. I have no doubt it’s going to help not only my business but anybody that takes action and implements the letter and method he’s teaching of reaching out and keeping constant contact. In 2016 I built a carpet cleaning business using nothing but realtors. I was busy every weekend. In two years I quit my job of 15yrs and took my business full time. I’m about to do it again. I've just purchased my logo, shirts,cards,signage for trailer & truck. I have been in the HVAC industry for 40 yrs, I have alot of commercial prospects ( old customers) that will use my company for my services. I have a surface cleaner, and I can do rust removal. I recently saw a video of u using SH and ebc so I’m gonna try using that on oil stains. I’ve used a few products and got no luck. Would u be able to go over how we can do house cleanings and what to do and what not to do?

Austin bro, this method upset a realtor that emailed me back as apparently this site is only for paid leads at a pretty decent ticket. I wouldn’t recommend this method without letting people know some of these realtors pay for these leads. I did get one potential lead though!

To avoid that, look on the listing for the house. In the description it will have the agents name, name of brokerage, license number. Copy and paste that into google and just add “email” to the search and you’ll get their email to pop up in the results. Take that email and manually enter it into your CRM or google sheet, then manually email them one by one.

Hey Austin! I love the real estate email it is amazing!! I had 1 question though about ferrous rust stains. How do you remove them? I bought Rust Remover Plus from the Powerwash store and it got the light rust off but it didn’t get the black thick looking rust off. I put down some Muratic and it kind of made it go away but not really it just lightened it... thank you!

In my opinion there is no real way to make the rust disappear you can definitely cut it down a lot but it will always haunt
