Madam Rosmawati, you are an amazing lady who has the strength of character to take on not just one, but three children with special needs. Some ignorant people incapable of empathy (which itself is a psychological illness) speaks from their lower orifice - why we term them as s-holes - so just ignore their hurtful words.

AWESOME!!! This was so touching and such a meaningful work to take on. Good job to the team behind this, the shots were beautiful and the strength of our athletes is so commendable. Not to forget their families supporting them behind the scenes 😭 Thank you for making us proud!!!

I was heartbroken when she talked about the people saying her kids were born the way they were because of a "bad thing in her past"... some people are so fucking ignorant smh

“Special” is such an insulting word.

I don’t see how the word “special” is insulting to anyone. Webster dictionary defines “special” as follows: 1: distinguished by some unusual quality especially : being in some way superior our special blend 2: held in particular esteem a special friend 3a: readily distinguishable from others of the same category : UNIQUE they set it apart as a special day of thanksgiving 3b: of, relating to, or constituting a species : SPECIFIC 4: being other than the usual : ADDITIONAL, EXTRA 5: designed for a particular purpose or occasion Oftentimes, these children/adults have a non-judgmental attitude that most “normal” people have, and hence are able to give their love unconditionally that “normal” people can’t. Not to mention some of them have exceptional skills in areas that still remain a mystery. So, yeah, the word “special” works for me for its positive connotation. Sure beats the negativity in words like mentally-challenged, physically-challenged, spastic, handicapped, and any of the other labels which tend to define, limit and confine, when we well know each and every condition differs from individual to individual.
