I am so wishy-washy when selecting papers to go into my signatures. I change out, change back and all sorts of foolishness. I love the ease of your selection process. I cannot wait until my bed rest is over so I can make a W journal. I think it is my new favorite.

The W journal Ms. E is definitely my absolute favorite. I needed this refresher on signatures 😊 and sewing signatures in. I have made the boo boo of splitting the thread.. Boy what a mess I had..definitely not proud of that. I had a tear out one time too..I panicked 😢 bc it was for a specialty one signature journal, and I couldn't reprint the papers. I finally learned washi can be your hero when you really need it to be tho and so can lace and fabric strips. I understand about being busy even being bed ridden for so long I still have mountains of paperwork to sort through, files and piles of junk mail and magazines..I am starting to save some of these things to add to journals and it saves on the trash which is helpful and better for the environment. ❤ I am using toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls squished to wrap my ribbons and laces. It keeps them nice, saves on trash, and keeps your laces from tangles. I loved your video on making paperroll pockets a long time ago it so helped, too ❤

I have watched you for years and learned how to do pretty much everything from you! I create my signature s the way you do… except I tend not to double side my digital papers. Then what I do is stencil a corner on each of them and then put my fancy pockets on those pages or leave them for the person to journal on them… I also don’t cut my thread when I’m sewing in a signature until I’m done like you do and I love that you give your reasoning for what you are doing so that we understand why and then learn even more from you!Thank for everything!!!!!!

This was very practical and helpful to see how you select your papers for each signature. How many sheets do you use in a signature?

I once used a sharp needle. I ended up poking a hole in my finger and with blood on some pages. I had to wait for my finger to stop bleeding and then I had to take the signature apart to replace the pages I had bled on. Not fun.
