How I Clean Scuff Marks Off Shelves

Learning how to clean scuff marks off your wardrobe shelves means you may not have to waste time painting them.
EXTRA HINT - remove all dust etc from the shelf before cleaning it.
You will be surprised how many of those ugly scuff marks you can clean off with this heavy duty cleaning approach.
Some marks you just can’t clean off, I guess that’s what paint is for!
This is fantastic for a pre-sale clean, if the house is empty, and highly recommended for a move out clean or bond clean when you need to get results in order to get your rental deposit back.
For cleaners, this is the extra step that shows your customer what you can really do.

The products I used in this video are:
Jif - it’s a cream cleanser and is surprisingly good at safely removing marks from all cupboard shelves.
A Non-Scratch Scourer - make sure it is wet.
And a microfibre cloth to wipe away all of the Jif.
Of course, the most important ingredient here is Elbow Grease. You really can’t escape Elbow Grease for heavy duty cleaning.

I'd recommend your local Facebook community pages as one place to find a good cleaner. Ask for a good bond cleaner and you'll probably get 5 options recommended to you by others. Look for - willing to come out and do onsite quote, guarantee their clean, and better if the person doing to quote is the person doing the clean. Are you going to be using a property manager?
