I’m only using dishwashing liquid and Jif cream for this kitchen clean. Except the oven of course. I’ve got big thick gloves on for that. I do wear gloves more often now than I used to though.

Hello 😊 may I ask, what is the scraper tool u are using?
@ThatAussieCleaner15 күн бұрын
It is actually a glass scraper. This one came from a commercial cleaning supplier. The main thing for something this crazy is that it is easy to hold and strong

Hi ya, Ive just found your channel. Im a clean fanatic, so i love your vlogs and being an aussie I know your products are eaily sourced. I used to buy the Raven squeegee for windows but they arent selling them at Bunnings any longer. The sabco was useless along with Mr. Clean squeegee. The rubber seal had big gaps to the metal casing. Can you tell me what one you use for your windows pls. Id subscribe but I noticed your last vlog was over the year and no longer uploading, which is a.shame. cheers.and happy cleaning 😌 Wish i knew how to take the glass out in bosch oven door

Hi Susie. Thank you for reaching out. I know I haven’t uploaded much since January this yr. I actually had a minor heart attack in January. So I kind of made a commitment to not work so hard. I was doing a couple of bond cleans per week during the day, long hrs at night with commercial cleaning, part time uni … and creating videos! I have loads of videos to edit and will be uploading them over time but just focussing on not overdoing it atm. What sort of videos would you like to see?
@ThatAussieCleaner22 күн бұрын
I forgot to answer your question 😀. I use a squeegee from a commercial cleaning supply place. You buy the handle and the preferred blade size separately. It slips into the handle. You r spot on that window cleaning is so much easier with a good squeegee.
@susieglue977021 күн бұрын
@ThatAussieCleaner gee thats terrible news. Youve got to listen to your body its a major warning sign to slow down. I hope you are on the mend. Its certainly confronting. Mmm i had a weird thing as well. Never been sick, and suddenly in hospital with this weird puple rash rash and it ends up i have vasculitis...inflammation of blood vessels. Its been a slow recovery. Very rare, and drs no nothing about it. Can you tell me the company you purchase the squeegees from? Also if you use a magic eraser it takes off soap scum off shower doors. Its amazing! I like anything. Take care and if you could let me know the company perhaps 😌
@ThatAussieCleaner21 күн бұрын
I’m all good Susie. It was a minor heart attack. Had a stent put in. Just a scary warning of sorts. Sorry to hear about the vasculitis. Life has a way of testing us out at times doesn’t it. Re the squeegee, don’t know about a brand. But if you look for your local commercial cleaning supply place they will have professional window cleaning equipment. Some kind of display with multiple different sized blades (rubber bit) and handles too.

Dog hair and other hair can get stuck under doors. Just see sawing a towel back and forth under the door will release it. Then get out the vacuum.

Please help. How to get dirt off the little string. that goes between blinds. 😮 thank u for any advice. Also how to mix clove oil?😊
@ThatAussieCleaner3 ай бұрын
The string is harder to clean and usually involves removing the blind and washing it in a bath for example (if it fits). For clove oil - just add about 5-6 drops into your spray bottle. A simple all purpose spray is dish liquid in water. Add clove oil to that.

My dad has a house with lead paint on the doors. Is it safe to do this for situations like that or would it be best to repaint the doors?
@ThatAussieCleaner3 ай бұрын
That’s a good question Mandy. I’ve never cleaned lead paint that I know of. I imagine it is fine if you don’t scratch it or use anything too strong. I only use a brush on this type of door but mostly I don’t use the brush. Just the wet cloth and spray.

@ThatAussieCleaner4 ай бұрын
Hi Karen. Thank you for your kind words. The cloth is just a cotton rag or cloth (like an old tea towel or a cotton nappy). All of mine go through the dryer to remove any fluff after they have been washed. A dry microfibre cloth will work too.

@ThatAussieCleaner6 ай бұрын
Great question. In my experience heating BluTack kind of melts it and actually makes it harder to get off. It might sound odd but dabbing blutack on blutack actually helps - it sticks to itself. If too old and squashed then a wet cloth rubbed lightly can help.

what if it's a gym mirror and you can't have the water fall on the floor because it's a foam floor
@ThatAussieCleaner6 ай бұрын
I’ve cleaned a few gyms and yes the water on the floor can be a pain. For each mirror panel I place a towel on the floor underneath to catch the drips then move it to the next one. And you don’t need a dripping wet wash cloth either. Just damp.
