Hair fall due to PCOS happens due to imbalance in the male harmone testosterone. While it is easy to consider hair loss due to PCOS as a problem in itself, it is in fact a symptom of PCOS/PCOD/Thyroid.
One important aspect of reducing hair fall naturally and encouraging hair regrowth is to reduce chemically invasive hair products. I for one have gone very minimal and natural with my hair care routine.
I give my hair deep coconut oil massage (with parachute coconut oil) twice a week and wash it no more than thrice a week. I have also resorted to washing my hair with

I use hair oil for serum/ leave in conditioner. I find that it not only nourishes y hair but also makes is glossy and shin

I also try not to color my hair or even heat style it but on days when I feel like experimenting with my hair I do resort to heat styling but before, I ensure that spray on a good heat protection spray and work it through my hair.

In this video I am sharing with you guys some of my tips to reduce hair fall nautrally and at home. But the key to success is consistency. I would urge you all to follow these practices regularly to naturally control hair fall.

Hi sweetie... Please try to cleanse your system and eat a more raw plant based diet. Replace simple carbs like potatoes and white rice with millets maybe. This should help with your insulin sensitivity. If not it will lead to diabetes or worse.. Not saying this to scare you but your condition seems small and reversible so better fix hot health now.
