Thank you much for this, I've been overthinking this for a year and this makes it easy to pull the trigger.

Oh shit, the Tilt @ Marlboro, Solomon Pond Mall? I used to play there every time I was up visiting my dad. ...the Supernova was just kinda okay, but the Extreme was completely dead. You didn't miss out on much.

This was very informative! You still need to have a bit of technical knowledge to attempt a project. I wish I was able to do something like this myself.

so, if you where going PC, ie: stepmania, why not go the parallel port i/o method? just curious, it would've been a little easier I think, though you still would've needed a 12v psu.

0:38 Did you connect Dupont connectors to the FSRs or did you buy them like that?

I bought them this way from interlink. I think they call them "female contacts & housing"

I bought this one www.amazon.com/dp/B07YQWD4V3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_QJMUvztDVNh75 it is pretty strong. When i remove a sensor im careful to pull it from one corner and i try to keep it as straight as possible while i remove it

I would not run a 100-240V cable inside my pad made of mostly metal. I would rather use an external power supply in this case :\

If ur crt monitor is arcing you desperately need to call a tech to look at it
@domitg4 ай бұрын
Good luck finding a CRT technician willing to make a house call in 2024. Im sure they exist but have got to be super rare and only service very specific areas.
