That grilled cheese actually reminds me a LOT of this sandwich I used to get at Scores (a roast chicken and ribs franchise restaurant in Quebec). It was initially part of their limited time fall menu one year, but became so popular that it was available all year round for a while (sadly doesn't seem to be offered anymore). It was treated sorta similar to a grilled cheese with the outside bread being all buttery and toasty and crisp. The inside had roast chicken, spinach dip, arugula, brie, and apple butter. It was SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!
