I was a submariner in the Navy. You'd think they would give us training in "how to not go insane when you live underwater for 90 days" but they don't. They give everyone a psych test that's supposed to detect if you're someone who would go crazy in that environment, and of course if you pass the test and later actually do crazy underway, you would be transferred to the surface fleet and/or sent out of the Navy on a medical discharge. But the longest I was underwater continuously was 87 days. So the stay at home orders in the Bay Area and California in general haven't really affected me. Plus I'm "essential" so I've been going to work the whole time. :) At least I don't have to stay up for 24 or 48 hours like I did in the Navy....I once had to work for literally 4 days straight; literally no sleep for 4 days, since we were doing (classified) operations. That's the most stressful thing about submarine duty, to me. :) I feel bad for people who do have problems staying at home. Luckily, the vaccine is out, so we won't have to deal with this too much longer, maybe another six months, and then most of the public health restrictions will be lifted. The biggest thing we do on submarines to ease stress is watch movies together. Most nights, those who are off duty go in the Crew's Lounge on Ohio Class, or in the mess deck on Los Angeles class submarines, and watch a movie. (there is no television down there, because the signal would be too refracted and attenuated when you're "greater than 800 feet" underwater). So I guess that would be my advice, for people to watch movies and/or TV as a distraction. Of course, you're allowed to leave the house as long as you don't congregate in big groups, so maybe walks outside help also. :)

Respected mam, I just cant believe you have such a less count of subscribers and views... This is seriously a joke.. There are these small tips that you presented in this video that can immensely help if practiced thoroughly. Yes, of all the people, even if there is that one person with whom you feel very comfortable sharing all thoughts it makes a whole lot of difference..!! While you spoke, and in fact your personality, is just pure positivity mam. Whoever have watched this video must definitely have felt relieved and have got a hope to stay calm. I recently came across your channel and started watching your vlogs, some commented on your background music selection. Mam, I personally felt it to be perfectly appropriate. And your video editing skills are awesome..! Subscribed to your channel. Hope where ever you are, are safe and stay blessed. I wish you do visit Incredible India again and have a great time. Kind Regards, Jai Hind😊

Thank you for sharing your story. A lot of people are going through this right now. I also felt like I couldn't talk to someone but that wasn't true. Traveling is our escape so I feel you there. I decided to remove my social media apps and just be present. Maybe it can help someone else :) on a positive note your travel playlists have been a great way to spend time. Super excited when things normalize in the future! Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much! It's tough sometimes because you want to open up about it, but not everyone is willing to listen. I hope that people understand that sometimes that's all we need: someone to listen. Travel has always been great therapy for me and I can't wait to get back into it. I'm glad that my travel videos have been able to keep you entertained, though! Hope you're staying safe wherever you are!

@@TheTuliyani I completely agree. I can only imagine how many people would still be here if someone was there for them. Which is why you shouldn't hesitate to reach out, even to someone like me whose just a stranger, (well now a fan lol) But I enjoy listening to others. When I get back on social media I will definitely follow your page! Look out for fpadilla70👍🏻 looking forward to your future vlogs😊
