I was not asked any dsa question in java. I had the liberty to code in any language. However concepts of java and oops were asked separately.

Epam systems. It was a service based company. I worked there for an year.

I did a bit of CP in my 6th sem just for fun. That kind of helped me to get started with DSA 1year later.....but CP not required once you have exp.

The criteria is different when you are placed from college, cp plays important role offcourse. So my only major question, If we have some experience, Is Only DSA to be done(Leetcode) (talking apart from projects, subjects,system design) or side by side if maintained CP ratings on codechef, codeforces plays a role during switch?? Just for my knowledge actually I wanna know.🙌🏻

There is no hr round in amazon as such and they didnt ask me anything about it. They knew everything that i was working at Arcesium.

Particular language barrier like JAVA is like hell for C++ students.
