It can be because many have opportunity to alot 12 to 14 hr for their studies. Who hasn't may be having FOMO, which decreases their efficacy. Or may be due to unawareness on how to use their limited time effectively. Through this video I'm not telling anyone just study upto 6 hours a day, but even if you can't do 12 hr study a day because of various reasons it is OK and still you are able to do it😊

Differs with subjects. In the video wherever I specified notes it meant to be main notes. And for revision notes I told as it is. Sorry for the confusion you had.

You may please see the last rank details of all india round 1 result 2024, then your confusion regarding this will be gone. I got a rank of 2k. Is it necessary to watch videos or can i read rapid revision notes?

It is better to watch revision video if you are using marrow, because the notes are very concise. So it will be difficult to follow without supporting lectures. Watch video in 1.5x to 2x speed. Or if you have watched the main video already then you can go to revision note directly
