Same issue with me bro. But in my case instead of his office email i have uploaded his personal email id

@@directionless9032 I emailed them with this issue. They replied that if there is any correction in the form, then write a letter with correct details, then print it and then put the physical copy of that letter with the documents that you are going to speed post them. Just in case you already speed posted the documents then send that letter via mail to the APS people. Don't worry, don't stress out, take a chill pill. Everything will be okay 👍

While filling APS form in first name I only written first name but in passport given name is first name + middle name. Pl. Suggest what to do to correct this mistake?

If i write a letter to aps along with my documents in which i would mention the improvement.Then this improvement will reflect in certified or not.Because instead of CGPA I have written percentage so if along with documents if i send them letter mentioning This correct then they will correctify it or not. Like i have written 81.8 percentage but in my certificates it's mentioned 8.69 cgpa then when they check my letter and certificates will they correctify it in APS certificate

When i applied for my APS instead of cgpa which is mentioned in my marksheet and certificates i wrote percentage by converting university formula to convert cgpa into percentage and instead of giving professor's offical email i gave his personal email id. And i can't edit it now. What should i do now about this. Please kindly reply to my this question. Thanks

Aps process should be carried out after we receive offer letter from the university right?

Well, people generally do it after getting an admit, but that is not a rule I think. I think you can initiate the APS process, and get the certificate earlier. Do check official forums though.

I applied for my aps certificate two months ago and I haven't received it yet and when I'm going through my application form I found a spelling mistake In my surname in the application and then I emailed them and it's been 10 days and there is no response. Now what should I do? Please provide some info if you can.

Heyy, I am not really sure about your case unfortunately. They might just be processing your certificate as we speak. However, if I were in your shoes, I would have tried asking my german university to help in this matter, in any way that they can.

Yeah but many of the universities are asking APS and without APS they're not even considering the application. Should I courier my issue then?
