1. If there are supraclavicular symptoms with only just limited cervical rotation on one side and no cervical neck pain, would you think its a peripheral nerve/plexus problem or still cervical referred? Generally is supraclavicular thought as cervical referred first and how can you really differentiate? 2. Also based on the anatomy, are all the trunks, divisions, cords always at the front of the neck going to the clavicle or they are also located at passing from the root to back of the neck, if not which are generally the ones there going from the spinous process to simply located posteriorly at back?

Good question 1: Arm pain worse then neck pain is pretty classic for radicular pain so I wouldn’t say that rules in the plexus. 2: here’s a cadaver image showing it all - images.app.goo.gl/PdxW6LymAYXvKTSFA
