Assalamualaikum dear Instead of putting directly to the pan. You take the malai n blend it with water in mixer you will see it separates the butter...you just take the butter from the mixer n put it on a pan with no time butter melts into a ghee. It's a quick way of making ghee. Or else you can use that butter as it is I hope in sha Allah next you try this out Thanks.

Please run the collected malaai in a mixie jar. The butter will separate. Take out and melt that you will get more ghee. Also the whey water can be used to make kadhi or curdled with vinegar to make cottage cheese. Try this great results.

Before removing ghee. You add little curd to the cream keep for 1-2 hrs outside the freeze. Then add cold water & grind in the mixer. You will get a lump of hard cream know as loni. This u make hot. U will get ghee in much more qty.

Blend the malai with the blender , when its solidify washed with water once or twice, then heat up .....for making ghee !! Tab jada ghee nikalta ma'm!! Regular viewer of you ,, from india(u.p).❤❤

Sister when u collect the cream from milk add yoghurt to it n then when freeze it and keep it out overnight before making ghee.. next day either u can use a hand blender or a food processor make a butter n then ghee … I know it takes a long procedure but trust me it tastes Smellls amazing.. I live in uae make it this way…
