What did you use to get your hair blonde?

camille espy I just used regular store box dyes like Revlon, Loreal etc. I didn't stick to any specific brand. I would dye my hair every couple of weeks

.. i want to start my locs but my hair is low density and fine ... i still want it to be full tho .. would you recommend micro locs or small traditional locs ... btw your absolutely stunning #girlcrush 😍

Awww thank you so much and that's an awesome question! My answer depends on what kind of Microlocs you're thinking of. I wouldn't recommend interlocking for example because that method creates more compact/tight locs, versus traditional or two strand twists that typically produce thicker locs. If you're going for fuller locs overall definitely avoid interlocking. Traditional or two strand would be your best bet.

camille espy Honestly I wasn't loyal to any specific brand, over the years I've used Loreal, Garnier, Revlon etc. I just would wait a few months between dyes

Yr hair looks really lovely Did u notice any bleedin (the dye comin off on yr pillow an clothes etc) from the dye in the followin wks after

Yes! Definitely one of the down sides of doing a color rinse, but it was only slight tinting on my pillow. It was the most noticeable on the collars of white shirts I would wear, but it washes out easily so nothing was permanently affected.
