Yeah that was kind of a bummer, it’s appraised value is 1.3 but we are priced out of the market in our area and weren’t getting showings. We dropped to 990k so it’s priced super competitively and now we have lots of interest and showings so it should go quicker. I value speed over $$ so the price drop will be worth it if we can move before spending another winter in Washington. I can make up the difference in price as soon as I can get back to focusing on my business rather then worry about selling the property.
