For the Add Narration part. Just Click Record Narration and Start Recording. Be sure to name each section like part 1-1 part 1-2 as you go to easily find them. Movie Maker is actually so underrated for how good it can be if used with practice and time. I use Movie Maker for all my Planet Coaster videos and they look great! I did actually pay for my version of MM since I needed the option for 60fps rendering, but even the basic one is very good especially for being free!
