I'm a junior in high school. These last couple of years haven't gone entirely how I've wanted them to first because of health issues (which have stabilized) and then because of mental blocks. I wouldn't say I've ran exceptionally in most of my events, but I did run 60 in the 400h. I can also run basically any event 400m and under well (400: 55.64, 200: 24.7, 100: 12.45, triple jump: 36'2¾). Do you think that would be enough to get power 5 schools interested in me? I know that was kind of long but I would really appreciate your input...thanks in advance 🙏🏾

100%!!! I would say your times are great for Big10 or ACC. Also, having another year you have the chance to drop those times even lower. Your times are good but you should really utilize this last year to see what you can truly do. Try to limit the mental blocks & be instinctual… you’re in control of your destiny and you don’t want to look back and you not accomplishing what you’re capable of! Trust your training, trust yourself/ coaches, and always trust God! You got this ❤️

Masai, I’m in grade 10. My marks in grade 9 were terrible my lowest marks were in the 50s, 60s and 70s. My first skeeter of grade 10 is ending and my marks are landing somewhere in the 60s and 70s. i’m trying to get 80-90s in all of semester 2 and grade 11 and 12. so you think i still her a chance to go to university of kentucky with grades like this, or be able to go on a track scahoalarship? please let me know :(( 💙

Hey there, so I'm thinking about changing schools because one South Carolina school offered me almost a full ride scholarship. However, I'm not sure if my parents would let me leave because they can already tell that I've adjusted academically at my state school. However, the thing is that my state school is significantly more expensive than the school that offered me, and I'm just afraid to tell them. Should I transfer to the school that gave me money and is significantly less expensive, or should I stay at my state school?

I would say follow your heart! You don’t want to regret your years as a college student. These are supposed to be the best years so I would say go where your heart desires ❤️
